AllerTrain™ is the leading allergy training program for restaurants today. Introduced 3 years ago, its the first of its kind in the food service industry. This training educates participants to understand food allergies, intolerances and celiac disease, and provides best in class solutions from loading dock to table top.
In addition, AllerTrain™ programs are eligible for American Culinary Federation and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Association continuing education credits. This includes a three year certification, that broadcasts to customers that their respective food service establishment has the ability to safely meet unique dietary needs. Upon completion of the AllerTrain™ course, all trained restaurants will be eligible to be a part of FARE’s SafeFare dining database.
